Hi Steve, just FYI the Trike arrived last week on time and in A1 condition, the shipping box had taken some hits but the internal packing had done its job. I have it mostly together, and have only to run the gear/brake cables/sheaths and setup and size the chain. So far impressed with the build and quality of frame and components. I don\'t recall reading anywhere that it comes with clip in pedals so this was a good surprise as I was going to buy clip ins for it!! Thanks and Regards Darren G.

ü Warrantyclaims are extremely rare as we have a very extensive quality assuranceprocedure in place, and the 2 minor claims we have had in the last 2 years havebeen caused by transit damage to a rear derailleur hanger (value $5).Weresupply the necessary part to rectify your claim, once you have providedphotographic evidence of the faulty part, and in most cases we will take yourword for it. Please be aware that there are numerous unscrupulous people whowill always try and cheat the system, so we will need evidence.

3.How much does it cost to ship to the UK?

ü Shipping tothe UK and most Europeon countries is included in this price.

4.How much tax and duty do I have to pay intothe UK?
