Offered is this attractive Pickard Studio Hand-Painted Luncheon Plate employing a Haviland & Company Limoges Smooth blank. It measures 8 1/2\" in diameter. It is signed - \"CF\" (?) - see two of the images. It is marked as shown in the last image. The bright colors used on the flower designs are attractive in their juxtaposition. The center medallion features fleur-de-lys designs. Nice Art Deco influence.
