RARE EARLY FRENCH SOLID STERLING SILVER BRANDY PAN 1830-1840 PIERRE QUEILLE:

A superb quality early French sterling silver brandy pan. It is hallmarked withthe Minerva head mark signifying 950 standard silver (actually slightly highergrade than silver) and a maker’s mark being PQ for Pierre Queille of Paris thismark was used 1834 -1846. It has been superbly designed being in the form of asmall sauce pan. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holesand repairs. It measures 3.5 inches (9cms) across including the handle and 1.75inches (4.4cms) excluding it by 1.5 inches (4cms) tall to the top of the handleand weighs 44 grams. A superbly designed rare piece.
