A RARE FIND! Vintage Kartell white plastic modular sectional book shelf unit designed by Olaf von Bohr in 1969 in Italy and manufactured in USA. Cool, adjustable shelving was only in production for six years (1969-1975.) Shelving is well documented and is in major museums around the world. Unit is in overall fair /good vintage original condition with tons of scratches (being plastic and 40 years old) but no cracks or chips or repairs and minor yellowing to only a few pieces. sale includes 4 shelves and 8 uprights in two different heights. 2 shorter and 6 taller. Two of the taller uprights have cut away bases to stack on top of another upright (for example, to accommodate a tv, etc.) Shelves are 32.5\" x 11.. I have various configurations also available in orange, yellow, black and red...please email for more info. While the unit is lightweight, shipping will be pricey. Domestic shipping only.
