From the antique tool making capital of the world, this exceptionally high quality vintage tool is in excellent condition for its old age and is fully operational. Completely clean. There are no structural cracks in the wood handles; the wood is solid and dense. It has a phenomenal natural luster. Metal pieces are in excellent working condition; all mechanisms operate smoothly without sticking or friction resistance. Upon close inspection, I don\'t see any rust or pitting.
