Antique Victorian butterfly patented needle holder by W. Avery & Son Redditch. Overall the brass appears straight. I was unable to see any significant bends or damage. Antennae are perfect. Unit had some heavy oxidation to brass on right wing. Ultrasonic cleaning took most of this off, but some remains as pictured. Areas that had he corrosion were polished lightly. No other areas received polish. Heavier polishing may remove remainder of marks on right wing, but this will be up to the buyer to pursue . I am generally unfamiliar with this piece so please feel free to ask any questions.

Shipping

Shipping is a quote of US shipping price. Shipping elsewhere will be higher. I will either ship FedEx ground or US postal service. If there is a potential conflict with either service, please let me know ASAP after item end. Fast payment means immediate shipment. I do my best to ship same or next day if payment is received immediately after item end. I try and keep shipping as low as possible while not sacrificing quality packaging or service. If you see a rate that seems unusually high, please ask me, as it may be a mistake. If I overcharge for shipping and the actual cost comes out to be less than expected, I will issue you a shipping refund. Buyers must provide a valid address that the system recognizes. We cannot ship items with an address recognized as invalid by the system.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days. Items must be shipped within 5 days of label generation per policy. I always do my best to describe an item honestly and accurately but if I\'ve made a serious error I\'ll refund your purchase plus shipping both ways.
