A RARE TOOL, it will wire brush out to be mint as far as the steel goes. I never restore these tools but in this case I had to hit the name to see it, with a light wire brushing. no pits, no marks, do dings in metal. The wood is all orignal finsh and I woud say 95% one tiny dig on end handle (see photo). thanks bob only one on that I could find.
