We present A RARE French Model of1816 Foot Artillery Short Sword.This was built in 1831 by the French and US model in 1832. Some were used by the Confederate states during the Civil War.The hilt is marked Vehsailles 1965 and the blade has marks that are hard to make out.We believe there are confederate markings.Please, see photos for condition conformation.Items sold as shown.
