You are offerding on a fantastic estate sale find. This is an original 1776 dated on the top, Peter Lohrea, Notary receipt from Philadelphia with details about a bill from ?? Sharples for 895 dollars to King & Co. The lower left has a large signature of a M William Blount? Wax seal in the upper margin is gone as you can see. Framed it\'s 8 1/4 x 10 inches. Very nice shape with age related wear, frame has lots of nicks, chips and wear. Zoom in for details. .
