Located on the Northwest corner of State and Pearl streets in Albany, New York. The building opened in 1860 and fire partially destroyed it on January 16th, 1883. It contained offices and stores after the fire, but no performance space!Just a wonderfully preserved example of a rare original Tweddle Hall concert broadside. Excellent condition with only gentle fold lines and light hints of edge wear; some light wear to the fold lines and some light wrinkling as well; all in all very clean and free of foxing; only some mild spotting; sharp corners; presents quite elegantly. Printed on fragile paper stock and housed in an acid-free mylar sleeve. Measures 11 inches by 8 3/4 inches.
