For sale is an original 1950s Pennsylvania Power and Light (PPL) Company vintage electric sign announcing \"Total Electric Gold Medallion Award Home\" and \"Open for Inspection\". These signs were part of the \"Live Better Electrically\" campaign that General Electric, electric utilities, and builders participated in to encourage the sale of all electric homes to consumers in the 1950s and 1960s. For a brief history, search for the \"Live Better Electrically\" campaign online. The sign is in good condition and is approximately 12\" L x 29\" W. The sign is made of a pressed cardboard material.
