Up for offer we have an all original, direct from the original owners estate, World War 1 US 1917 Remington bayonet with original scabbard. Bayonet is marked with eagle 22, bomb, US under the bomb and what looks like an X. On the other side is marked with 1917 Remington. The scabbard is marked GF in two places on the metal. Total length is 22.75\" overall. I believe it is in very good condition for its age. The blade looks very good with no rust that I can see. The scabbard has some scuffs and light rust. The leather is a dark green from age. Please inquire with any questions you have and I will answer to the best of my ability.
