Offered is a scarce model cast iron cockatoo on stump door stopstanding about 7 1/2\" high on a 3 1/2\" basewith nice colorful original paint and black line detailing on beak, eyes and some feathers
Red, yellow, green and blue with black and dark green on the base
This antique door stop does have some wear damage: there are chips to the paint, that go through to the metalspread over the body and around the rim of the base

I have had one of these in my home for about 30 years and this is the first onelike it I have seen, seems to be a very rare model
I was told it is Albany Foundry and Bradley and Hubbard, but it could be Hubley. tooas it is unmarked and it is called all of these on line
Where ever it was made, it is a great, antique, original solidcast iron door stop in beautiful colors and a great addition to any collection
