1950 black & red schwinn phantom , paint appears to be original except paint on chainguard , new light housing but not hooked to switch , no horn in original tank , locking springer fork w/ key broke off , S-2 rims may need spoke adjusting or some replaced , fenders need rolled or use as is , rear rack needs bracket to hook to seat post ( 2nd year of the phantom ) no chain or pedals , serial under crank G0883## built 4-15-1950 , no chain or pedals , LOCAL PICKUP ALSO WORKS
