This is agreathorn.Ithas a gentle and well-proportioned French and Indian Style twist.

It will be an extra large canvas for your scrimshaw. You can do some medium carving at the tip.

The base is oval. The walls are strong and not too thick but oval. The hornmaker would not try to round the base but some of our friends would considerrounding ita challenge.

The body is white with some light striations. There is a area where the color below has bled through and shows.The far side and bottom have more light color. There is some yellow at the base.

Thetwiston this horn iswell proportioned. It is not as extreme as some of the horns we have seen.(Not wild and crazy)
