This is a Silver Cross vintage doll stroller. This is in decent condition, unsure of the age but it does have a small amount of corrosion on the metal frame. A couple of small tears on the green nylon fabric. Otherwise in decent shape.
The basinet can be removed, it will also fold flat as well as the frame (note this is how it will be shipped, flat).
