Great vintage music box .This item is a candy container but could also hold cotton balls, or jewelry. The container has a cobalt blue glass removable holder that drops into what appears to be silver plated holder.The lid contains the music box and plays . In very good condition c 1940* Cobalt blue glass

* beautiful blue glass no cracks.

* music box made by Breitler Switzerland the music box winds and works but plays real slow I don\'t know if that\'s normal I\'ve never had one of these but it does function. Note if you had a music box relatively the same size I think you could switch with a little mechanical craft know how and put in your own music box movement.
