I priced this equipment myself at the local Simplicity dealer and the total quickly reached the $25K range for newandcompletely assembled. This tractor\'sappearance is near perfectand operation is flawless with only 166 total hours of operation on it! It is equipped with the top of the line diesel engine from Daihatsu, model DM950D (imported by Briggs & Stratton) rated at 27 H.P. This tractor includes full hydrostatic drive, four wheel drive (on demand), rear differential lock, power steering, 3 point hitch (includes new hardware never installed - see photo), tilt steering wheel, shaft driven 60\" Simplicity mower deck with hydraulic lift and electric roller cutting adjustment, all terrain turf tires by Carlisle in like new condition - see photos, Simplicity weight box with all related hardware (some of which is still in original factory packaging), the complete Simplicity front end loader kit with all hoses, fittings and hardware (currently installed and fully operational), also included is the complete backhoe assembly supplied by Simplicity and manufactured by Kwik-Way complete with all fittings & hoses, mounting hardware and auxiliary hydraulic pump and coupling hardwarefor tractor PTO. I will install the backhoe to demonstrate that it is in perfect working condition (keep in mind that the mower deck must be removed from the tractor in order to install the backhoe attachment). All auxiliary components such as lights, power point, gauges, hour meter, electro-magnetic clutch, etc. are in perfect working order.
