You are looking at a SONY TC-WE505 doubletape deck.

High specification cassette deck from Sony.

Its unusual to find one with pitch control.

Please note deck A is not working 100% eventhough the whole deck has been serviced. Deck A will play record etc but only on one side of the auto reverse. Deck B is in perfect working order.

Features including Dolby B/C & HX pro, DC servocontrolled motors, 2 motor transport mechanism, pitch control, auto tapeselect, digital tape counter with memory function, high speed & normalspeed, random music selector, twin auto reverse decks with various modes, autoand manual record level with fader control & headphone socket.

It has been set up to record on TDK AD/SA/MA tapesas best as possible & as a result offers great quality recordings &playback. No detectable wow & flutter. If you have tapes to transfer to MP3through a pc you can’t go far wrong here.

Measures 43cm W x 28cm D x 12cm H.

It’s in great working order other than the issuementioned already & good condition.

Some of the items i sell are nearly 30 years old however i will judge the itemsi sell based on a new bought item today, this is based on my opinion but i willbe as accurate as possible. 10 out of 10 Brand new un opened and sealed MINT immaculate9.5 out of 10 Opened packaging but looks as new, X demo, unwanted gift,customer return Superb condition9 out of 10 Very tidy, clean, no wear but slight polishing marks or one mark onitem. Packaging has some wear.8.5 out of 10 Excellent however the lid perhaps has had a respray or a restoreditem such as new veneer on a loudspeaker8.0 out of 10 Great condition, some very light wear, light scratches on the lidor wear to legends etc7.5 out of 10 As above but perhaps a indicator or function is not working7 out of 10 Good condition fully working but perhaps some light scratches onthe fascia and on the lid6 out of 10 Average condition as dictated by for a USED item.
