Currently available is this M-1903 Rifle Scabbard made by the Duncan Leather Manufacturing Co. of Woburn, Massachusetts. Designed for mounted cavalry to fit the M-1898 Krag Carbine, this scabbard would go on to to be used with the M-1903 Springfield rifle. This scabbard is made of heavy leather with a brass ring and grommeted drain hole with two adjustable leather strap for securing to the saddle. This scabbard is in very good used condition.
