Needs love, but close, no real damage I can see, the rust does not look to be deep, I think this would clean up great.Iwould like to keep this to fix it up myself.The tote is in great shape and would be a solid $30 item alone, the handle has a dent but it too is workable, very good as found plane.

Good for a collection, or great user

Most of the tools you will be seeing where planned for my master craftsman tool chest. Well, I went back to Sales Engineering and have had no time to get back in the shop. maybe in 20yrs I will be looking to buy this back.
