Road # 3982This awesome set is used and damaged. Normally I don\'t purchase damaged item, but this was such a nice engine that I thought their must be someone out there with the talent to put this monster back together. Offering significantly below what this engine originally sold for.I tested this engine and it worked great. The smoke unit worked fine. The set has fantastic sound. All the red marker lights work. One of the marker lights is broken off and is in the parts bag, the electrical bulb is intact and works. The engine went forward and reverse with no issues. The front headlight works fine and this system has directional lighting and the tender lights also work. I noticed some coal is missing from the tender and the tender coupler is broken and included in the parts bag. The parts bag also includes the bell and the missing number board. Sorry, I don\'t have the manual for this set.From what I can tell it appears that everything works on this engine. The engine front cover doesn\'t stay securely in place and needs addressing. I\'m not sure what other cosmetic issues this engine might have so please review the pictures closely and let me know if you have any questions.A great buy for the talented modeler.The box has significant shelf wear, fading and a few store stickers.
