Really a wonderful & FABULOUS Carved & painted Wood Scenic Shaving Box.This Antique Portable SHAVING BOX has a portable Mirror. The carving on the box is fabulous & appears like the victorian tramp art but itmay bea european swiss or austrian scene.

unmarked...Box is black wood & the hand carved top is actually tinted or painted w gorgeous coloring. open the front & the mirror slips out from underneath the lid of the box & actually fits into the bottom of the box. It is an old antique shaving box but could be used as a cosmetic mirror as well altho the mirror is one of the very old ones& is not clear anymore. measures 7\" x 5\" x 2.25\" wide. it is a rare unusual treasure to see an old shaving mirrorthis wonderful! see pictures below.
