US MODEL 1917 TRENCH KNIFE AND SHEATH. Marked US Mod 1917 C.T on one side of the ricasso and A.C. Co. Chicago 1918 on the other side. Sheath is original and marked Brauer Bros 1918 as shown. The canvas cover is not shrunken.This is a big bolo style knife with a 10 inch blade, 15 inches long overall. It was sharpened long ago and the blade has lost a lot of its bluing and the tip is blunted. No rust or damage. Excellent knurled oak grips. This authentic World War 1 trench knife is in very good original as-found estate sale condition with no restorations. Shipping by priority mail with tracking. Thanks for your offer!!
