Model K - June 1, 1933 to May 1, 1935Mixer is about 12\" inches (1ft.) tall with the handle down and base is approximately 10 1/2\" from front to back. The mixer detaches from the stand for portable use and the stand hastwo sockets for the turntable:
- Socket on the Left side as you face it is for a small bowl that had a deep foot, fitting snugly into the center depression on the turntable, that centered the beaters in the small bowl and kept it from wobbling.
- Socket on the right side of the base as you face it, was for the large bowl that situated the two beaters on one side so the action of the beaters in the bowl contents drove the rotation of the turntable allowing users to have both hands free.ConditionThis item is used but in good working condition. The paint on the mixer is worn from normal use and the chrome on the front of the mixer is a little pitted with surface rust around the screw heads. Logo sticker on side of mixer is almost completely worn off and the bowl holder on base turns freely. We do surface-clean and sanitize all of our items, but since the majority of items we sell are pre-owned, we suggest that the buyer may want to perform a more thorough cleaning after purchase.Please all photo’s for more information as they are part of my description.
