This Vintage Handmade Acoma PolychromeTURKEY was made by Eva Histia (1914-2005).It is painted in orange , black, and white and is signed on the bottom “E. Histia Acoma N. M.” Theturkey measures approximately 7\" high x6\" wide x5\" inches deep. This Eva Histia Pottery TURKEYis in very good vintage condition. (See photos)

Eva Histia was born at Acoma Pueblo in New Mexico in 1914. She was active as a potter from 1922 through the 1990s and won numerous award for her work. She died in 2005. This is an opportunity to purchase a rare example of her outstanding work.
