This is a vintage brass and copper fire extinguisher made by the Elkhart Brass Co Elkhart, In. It is empty and the top unscrews fine. It just needs to be cleaned up and it is a beaut. Very rare. It measures approximately 24\" by 7\". Please see pics as they give the best detail - the hose in pretty good shape. Any questions - please ask - if you need more pics let me know too.
