Judging by the Phone Number, I\'d say it\'s OLD.

There are someVery Slight marksfrom Age, & Storage.

These are Very Hard to see till Looked at Very Closely.

Center area Still Slides Easily Back & Forth.

Color:RED,WHITE, &BLACK.

This has 3 Dials on the Left Side that you would turn with a Key or whatever you choose to Adjust the Speedometer Reading.

All 3 Holes are in Mint Condition.

All 3 Look like they were Never Adjusted. NO Defects.
