Cork: Cork Closure is fully attached with chain, all original
Side Chain/Strap eyelets intact

(Grand Army of the Republic) canteen, stamped metal,flattenedround form centered on each side by a round copper disk, one disk stamped w/ three small busts above \"FAR - 1861 to 1865 - 1892,\" the other side stamped w/ a picture of the U.S. Capitolframedby the wording \"Souvenir - Twenty-Sixth Grand Army Annual Encampment - Washington, DC Sept. 20th to 23rd 1892,\" original cork stopper w/ chain.\" (plating appears to be intact with minimal to no discoloration)
