IMPOSSIBLY-RARE VINTAGE TURNER WALL CLOCK and SCONCE SET

This was a tough one to list... it has been in the collection for years but the growing inventory (and looming tax day) is forcing my hand. This Turner wall clock is hard enough to find on its own, but it's never found with the candle holders! I have seen the clock listed only twice, and this set listed only once in 13 years of collecting and selling. It has been a featured wall hanging in my home and has been seen by many fellow MCM'rs around the world... it's already semi-famous!

The clock originally came with a wind-up mechanism. It has beenartfully updated to a AA-battery quartz unit... it keeps great time and runs quietly. The clock enclosure and hanger were retained so it hangs with a 2" wall clearance just like it's supposed to. The original solid brass hands have been retrofit for an accurate Turner appearance. The Turner label is still complete and intact on the back.

One AA battery will be included in the carton.Candles are for photos only and are not part of this set.

The clock is in great condition with a couple of notes. It has been around for 50+ years so there is some wear. There is one touched-up spot in the white paint on the clock, and a couple of small artifacts in the wood grain formica and other tiny bits here and there. These were virtually impossible to capture with the camera. The candle hardware finish is a bit imperfect but looks fine. If you want anything closely photographed and emailed to you please let me know... just don't miss out on this set because of unasked concerns.

Hopefully this goes to a buyer who will keep it and use it in their home... it is meant to be enjoyed.
