ORIGINAL BECKY SANSING MIXED MEDIA TORN PAPER COLLAGE - VASEITEM: Estate Sale - Original Becky Sansing Mixed Media Torn Paper Collage entitled “Mono - Growing Vitally”..... This is a very limited edition collage created in the early 1980s by Ms. Sansing..... It measures 32Wx44H and is custom framed in brass, and it uses hand-cut beveled mats. Had been hanging in my Dad’s home in Florida since he bought it in 1980. This is a VERY EARLY example of Sansing\'s work as she only began making these in 1977.

CONDITION: This great collage is virtually BRAND NEW… There are no scratches on the glass or on the frame.... You will be extremely proud to own this high-quality, very limited edition piece. HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE - GREAT INVESTMENT.

ABOUT THE ARTIST: Becky Sansing is a nationally known artist and print maker whose works have received numerous awards. She has operated her own printmaking studio since 1977.

Ms. Sansing produces original hand-pulled prints, signed and numbered in a limited edition, using either ETCHING or LINOLEUM BLOCK techniques. She also creates ETCHING COLLAGES, a trult unique form of original art. There are numerous art techniques employed in the creation of each hand-made collage, which may include: Marbeling; handmade papers; etchings; linoleum block prints; fabric painting; hand painting; serigraph; torn paper; and more!

Ms. Sansing has developed an extremely complex and specialized technique. Each collage in a series will be in the same family of colors, with the same idea of expression. However, their beauty and individuality come from the fact that each is created as a ONE-OF-A-KIND work of art.
