This lovely Victorian jacket is made from small cotton appliqued flowers, trimmed with embroidered edges and outlines on a tulle background. The short, puffy sleeves are gathered to silk ribbon bands (the ribbon has a few small damages). There\'s a few pin holes in the tulle background and the lace is yellowed, but should perk up with a gentle soaking (not sure of the ribbon would make it through a soak, but I think so). It measures 37 inches around the bust, edge to edge, across the back shoulder is 13 and it\'s 17 inches long. Very good condition.
