Victorian LORGNETTE Spectacles w/ Blue Enamel, Leather Pouch, ca.1880:

In this lot we present antique pair of spectacles - lorgnette style,
from the later 19-th Century.The lenses are round, with enlarging diopter glass, set in white metal
frames. The handle has subtle design, slim and elegant. With pre-Art Nouveau
floral decorations and blue Enamel fill at the middle. The lenses are folded in manually and unfolded mechanically via a lever on
the side of the handle. The handle has a chain hoop to be attached to a fob.
The lorgnette is held in fitted, leather pouch. Have minor wearing, in excellent antique condition. Lens diameter: 41 mm
