This is a two sided handbill, or poster, which advertises prices paid for various animal pelts. One side pictures a hunter / trapper, carrying a fox over his shoulder. It reads (in part): \"Puzzled? YOU CAN STILL DEPEND ON ROGERS...TRAP HARDER THAN EVER AND TURN YOUR EVERY SKIN INTO MONEY...ROGERS FUR CO...MAIN AT LOCUST STREET - SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI.\" The opposite side lists prices paid for different animal pelts, in various sizes. (Pelts were graded as being: Small - Medium - Large - Extra Large.) Some of the animals listed: Golden Seal, Mink, Raccoon, Muskrat, Opossum, Red Fox, Grey Fox, Otter, Civet Cat, Brown Weasel, Lynx Cat, Wild Cat, Wolf, Coyote, Beaver, Rabbit Skins, Badger - and surprisingly HOUSE CAT?! (House cats pelts are the LEAST expensive, fetching only a nickel to fifty cents each.) The poster measures 11 x 17 inches. The condition is probably FAIR at best. It has been stored folded in half, but at some point is was folded into smaller sections. It has a two inch split on the seam where it was folded, and some small tears near the edges and by the word \"Opossum.\" It still displays nicely, and is guaranteed to be old & original - made in 1930 - or your money back. Will be shipped folded in half, as it has been stored in this manner for decades.
