This is Meg from Louisa M. Alcott\'s Little Women series, 1949-1950. Her dress is tagged, original shoes, socks, and pantaloons. The dress is a satinish lavender with an attached white pinafore. The pinafore has some slight discoloration. The material on the dress has pulled away at the seam on both arms, but could easily be repaired. There is a slight pulled spot, not a complete tear, just under her waist as well. She has a \"Margaret\" face, her head is very slightly loose. She measures 14 inches and has blue sleep eyes that open and close on their own, blond FLOSS hair, and small hands. Her right pointer finger and thumb appear to be slightly damaged, it almost looks like it was melted or bit, but it is barely noticeable (look at photos, it looks worse in the photo.) She is one of the first groupings in Hard Plastic after Madame Alexander moved to hard plastic from composition. She is made in the USA!
