This is a 1972 Fender Precision Bass Neck with original tuners and original gold plated brass nut. It is straight and the truss rod works. When the guitar was fully assembled it played and sounded great, however the neck shows signs of age with chips,and fret wear (shown in the pictures). The date code on the neck is 0103 4224. According to the Fender website, the #\'s indicate that it is a precision bass that was made in the 42nd week in 1972 on the 4th day, which would be a Thursday.
