I am selling my die cast metal Gaiking figure released in 1977 as part of the Shogun Warriors line. This figure is one of the rare 2 in 1 die cast figures that predate the Transformers by several years. Gaiking transforms from a warrior robot into a skull by popping his legs off (via buttons to release them) and pulling his arms out of a door in his back after which you fold his head down into his back and snap the door closed allowing the horns to come through his arm holes. Granted their transformations weren\'t near as cool as the actual Transformers line, but they did come out several years before them. The figures themselves were amazing however. I had several of them when Iwas a kid, but I only held onto Gaiking because he was my favorite. Gaiking is in nice shape with the typical paint chip on the front of the nose of the skull. His swords hold on the pegs in his legs nicely and his wing fits into his back tightly. His fists still shoot like they were brand new. He has been in storage for years and I stored him in pieces so it wouldn\'t stress the springs because this guy is heavy being made out of metal. You won\'t find many that have been taken care of like this that were actually played with.
