This is a beautiful vintage 1920\'s 30\'s ruched blue velvet flapper cloche hat. The hat is lined with a black material, should be silk, but feels more like rayon, maybe a replacement lining. All of the ruched pleats are made by carefully stitching each in place. Thereis a velvet covered button at the center of the top. There are no tags. The crown depth is 6 inches. The hat size is 21 3/4 to 22 inches.The hat is in very good vintage condition.Please remember these measurements are of the garment fabric, not your actual figure measurements.
