This is a very rare Puma Bowie knife with stag antler handle.
I recently purchased this from the original Puma dealer who kept this one instead of originally selling it.
There is no serial number, which means that it was made before October of 1964 according to Puma.
Both the blade and the sheath has some scuffs, as you can see from the pictures.
All the rivets are still good and the leather is in great shape on the sheath but it could use some oil.
It looks like the original edge is present, but I am not an expert.
The pommel can shift a couple degrees if twisted, this may be fixable, but not by me.
One side of the blade has the stamping \"PUMA\" over \"SOLINGEN\" and the other side just has \"GERMANY\" in all caps.
It measures 13 5/16 overall with a 8 3/16 inch blade.
The scratches are visible but shallow so they could probably be buffed out by a knowledgable person.
