We wound this clock and it has been ticking for over 48 hours now. We have been keeping track and there is a 20 minute time loss. The clock hasn\'t been wound in over 10 years,so we don\'t know if that has any affect on the accuracy.Very superficial small scratch on lens barely visible.
The alarm sets and works well. Interesting that the wind is smooth as it doesn\'t click when wound as other manual clocks.
There are some scattered small nicks and very small erosion on gold trim around glass,little paint loss on bottom,but otherwise nice condition.

Measures approximately 4\"x 4\" x 1 5/8\"although the top is slightly smaller than bottom. Weighs 13 ounces
