Avon\'s 1876 Cape Cod Collection is one of the most sought after collections. The collection itself was created to celebrate the 200th Anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The beautiful deep ruby red, the early sandwich design inspired by the Roman Rosette Pattern and the volume of pieces makes this collection extra special in a multitude of ways. The Wheaton Glass Company, founded in 1883, worked with Avon to develop this one of a kind dinnerware line.
These tall champagne/sherbet glasses are phenomenal! The deep ruby red, the long stem and the heaviness of the awesome glass sets these glasses into a category of their own. These fabulous glasses stand 5 1/4 inches tall with a diameter of 4 inches at the bowl.
There are no chips, cracks, flaws/damage or repairs to these pieces.Please closely examine the photos, for the piece(s) you are interested in purchasing. Shipping and HandlingFor your information: Most of the time, we will process your purchase within 1 day of full payment being received. However, we are shipping from a small rural town and therefore have very limited times that packages can be to the post office to ship out the same day (by 11:30 AM). If a package is taken to the post office after this time, it will not ship until the following business day. If you have made a purchase from us on a Friday (after 11:30 AM) - Sunday, it will not ship out until Monday, at the earliest, because of our local post office hours. This is why we have allowed ourselves the 2-day handling time.Multiple Listing PurchasesContact us if you are wanting to purchase multiple items from our store. We are willing to combine shipping costs on some items but not on all. This is because some pieces are very fragile and we do not want your purchase to arrive damaged. We will determine this on each multiple item purchase.PackagingWe recycle and reuse boxes and packaging materials whenever possible in order to provide the lowest shipping costs possible to our customers.
