Vintage Avon Powder Puff Wand Vanity Item.
Pretty Pink With Silver Design on the screw top of the powder application area.
It is from an known estate but has never been used.
It has never had powder in it. See interior photo and inside cap.
It is clean, no odors, and the puff is white and fluffy!
I do not have the box. Unfortunately it was thrown away.
