What a find! I got this horn from the son of a local instrument repair man. It has been boxed up for 50+ years, and I want someone to be able to enjoy it!
Vintage C.G. Conn Conqueror Bb/A Cornet, serial number 73153. Online serial number research puts it manufactured in 1902.*There is a 1 1/2 stamped right above the serial number on the valve casing. Can anyone tell me what that is all about?
Wooden case throughout. Don\'t see that much any more!Comes with Conn Wonder Model 19 mouth piece. Very ornate on the mouth piece.Lead pipe needs reattaching, valves need cleaning. This horn is solid and in pretty good shape for being over 100 years old.
