Needs some TLC/paint. Works. Steering wheel needs new bolt. One pedal needs new washer and gasket. About 32\" long. Not sure on age. Metal steering wheel. Metal rear hub caps. Plastic pedals and front hubs. No maker mark or \'made in the USA\', based on my research that indicates Eska. But I could be mistaken. Sold as is, as pictured.
