Up for sale is a rarely seen vintage green opalescent creamer and sugar bowl in the \"Beaded Block\" pattern by Imperial Glass! Imperial made this wildly popular pattern in 1927, and it\'s getting very difficult to find pieces with no damage to all the points and ridges. This pair is opalescent - the top edges and handles glow fiery orange when they\'re held up to the light. They have beaded edges at the top, and they stand on intricate footed bases. They\'re in remarkable condition! The sugar bowl is totally immaculate, and the creamer is very close to it! On the creamer, I found two tiny bites just under and to the right of the spout (not together - they\'re about an inch apart). I had to use a jeweler\'s loupe to find them - they weren\'t detectable to the touch, and they blend right in with the pattern to the point of being invisible. The glass is nice and shiny with no stains, oxidation or utensil scratches - in spite of those two tiny nicks, it looks as if they were kept packed away somewhere and hardly ever used! They stand about 4 3/8 inches high (the creamer is about 1/2 inch higher at the spout). They have a fantastic Vaseline/uranium glow when they\'re exposed to blacklight, and they\'re absolutely guaranteed to be vintage - not reproduction or new glass.
