Up for sale is this one gross box of Jointite vintage bottle caps. These caps are contained in the original box marked, “For home use, Mundet Cork Corporation, North Bergen, N.J.” Did not verify that the box contained one gross, however it is full to the top. Some of the metal on the caps is slightly tarnished. Each cap has the original cork insert. The box has great orange and navy blue graphics. The closure on the top of the box is slightly bent and fragile. One flap has one small tear. Also included is the original receipt issued by Sears, Roebuck and Corp., store location Niagara Falls, N.Y. dated 7-13-57 indicating 144 caps cost 44 cents. The box measures 5” x 4” x 2 ½”.
