Vintage Julian A McDermott Lamp Lantern 2 Way Railroad Switch Signal with two BLUE Lenses. This is in a yellow and red plastic case with a metal carrying handle on the top, metal bracket/hook on one side and a metal bracket on the other side. The significance of the brackets is not known. Requires two 6 volt batteries (NOT INCLUDED).The lantern measures 14-1/2\" high to the top of the handle x 8-1/2\" wide x 6\" deep. It has a 5-1/4\" diameter lens. Weighs 2 pounds 10 ounces unpackaged.There are scuffs, scratches, nicks and stains on the lantern casing and mild rust and discoloration on the metal portions. Neither lens is cracked, chipped or broken but there are scratch marks there as well. This has NOT been tested. Being sold \"AS IS\".
