For starters, I don’tknow anything about these items except that my wife got them from a garage salemany years ago; other than that, what I can tell you… I’ve tried to capture inthe pictures. My best guess (and based on what I\'ve found online) is that these are made of porcelain. It maybe hard to see how small they are; please see push pin in pictures for size reference.

All sixteen piecesappear to be complete and in nice condition. The blue and white dishes look tohave a Japanese scenic image on them and the more colorful dishes depict alittle girl watering a flower. All items are marked with “Made in Japan” on thebottom.

The blue and whiteset has a 1 teapot, 3 cups, 3 saucers and 2 pitcher style dishes. The littlegirl set has 1 teapot, 3 cups and 3 saucers.
