This exceptionally beautiful instrument was played for many years by my father and well cared-for. It is a 00-40H, the Hawaiian series that was produced from 1928-1940. Serial number (51592) places this guitar about 1932. The only alteration I know about is the replacement of the bridge and the addition of a small pickup, both done by the same luthier in the late 1990’s. Features lovely mother of pearl ornamentation of the body and around the sound hole. Plays beautifully with a bright and surprisingly full sound for its size.

I am willing to ship but for such a delicate, high end instrument we could also talk about meeting in person, depending on the buyers location. Willing to drive a bit to make sure it gets safely to its new home.
