This is a military or industrial fuse timer with an old porcelain face. The dial has a reindeer on it. There are no other maker\'s or identifying marks that I can see. It was affixed to something at one point (see screw holes on border). It works well. Cord has been rewired. Time can be set for 1-60 seconds with various dials and switches.
